I&#039;m sorry to hear about your troubles.  I would recommend asking your GP for a referral to a physiotherapist.  Coverage depends on your insurance provider.  Do you currently take yoga?  Yoga can help with stretching out your psoas and other areas of your body, but insurance generally doesn&#039;t cover the cost of yoga classes.  As a preventative measure, though, they are worth it and have helped many people with back pain.</description>
