    shoulders forward is another pose – it’s called cowabunga.

    now why is it that “chaturanga” does not end in “asana” like every other pose?

    Hey Lil!
    The full name of the pose is Chaturanga Dandasana “4-limbed staff pose.”
    Chaturanga is its street name.
