Exciting news: our boutique 300 hour program begins June 30th, and we have an Info Session this Saturday.

Hey friends! A heads up that Melanie and I will be hosting an information session for our upcoming 300 hour program that starts in July. This is a boutique program; we only take 12 students. It is an opportunity to undertake a rigourous and loving evaluation of your teaching skills, to evolve your personal practice of yoga both on and off the mat, and dive deep into the tradition. The anatomy ~ taught by Gil Hedley ~ includes a wellspring of Integral Anatomy teachings as well as very special live sessions with Gil himself.
