- Each class is designed to clarify and illuminate key alignment points for the following areas of focus: neutral symmetrical poses, neutral asymmetrical poses, externally rotated poses, active hip openers, hand balances, backbends, surya namaskar, inversions, seated and reclined postures, foot anatomy, vinyasa and transitions.
*Note: these practices are designed to be taught with Principles of Teaching, Sequencing, Cueing, and Asana Labs.
