Need a lesson?

If you want to offer an excellent learning experience for your 300 hour or continuing education program, but save time and effort by delegating the work, it’s time to Buy-A-Lesson. This curriculum is specifically designed to support Yoga Alliance registered 300-hour yoga teacher trainings. Based on years of leading yoga teacher trainings as well as my academic work as an instructional designer, these lesson plans and handouts are designed to help you shine as a yoga teacher trainer and create an exceptional student experience.

The lessons in this category are “electives,” which means that they are not included in the lesson plans in my comprehensive 200-hour Buy A Training. These are perfect specialty subjects, or are a great fit for a workshop or advanced 300-hour yoga teacher training.

Based on over 4,500 hours of experience leading teacher trainings and my formal education as an instructional designer, this curriculum will support your work as a yoga educator and help you skillfully deliver excellent content that your students will love. Best of all, it’s fully editable by you so that you can make it your own.
